I am see Red!!

My sister-in-law want to dye my hair so I let her. Now I'm seeing red she put 5 red foil in my hair. I really like it is fun and different . I even think I mit like more in my hair.

I wanted this so bad

So where I work have some new jobs that are open to all the superiors so I applied. I so wanted this job there is a small rasie in pay and it mean I get to say in store and no more being bounced for one store to another. So please pray I have one of the 6 new spots. ( we hear on monday so I will tell more then)

When all hope was lost

An now there is good new my sister Catrina had a baby girl about one month ago so that makes six. 5 boys and 1 girl. But when I though that that all the niece and nephew I would till my little sister got older my sister Michelle tell that her and her husband will be adopt a baby that is do in march an I am so happy for her and are family. Then again some one else to call me Aunt Brina WOOHOO!!!

Work stroys got to love them!

So ok I know that I'm not prefect but am I that crazy b**** that loves to yell at people for fun. I don't think so but maybe. What I'm trying to say is that we have this store planner(aka F) and manager (aka E) that think I am. Let me tell you that the other hourly J, all the other store planner, half of the crew and myself think the two of them are big a** hole. Also we think they leave a lot to be desired in a leader someone hourly and myself are posted to look up to. Let me go more in to the story:

So this F guy he had this talk with the supervisor the first night about commutation and how he likes to do thing. We get notes every night to get done and we do them. So the other night F got a note not to move some counters so what is the first thing he does is discard the note and moves the counters. Then he like to take over what J or I is working on right in the middle of it and then not finish it. My mom would call it doing something half a**. F all so disappears in the middle of the night. We walke him no answer. We page him no answer. Where is F? Now for E he is something. He also disappear when F does. He always late. He does not do any thing all night he stands around doing nothing. Wait he does do one thing tell me that I need to be nicer to the crew. But when there are talking when I am trying to give detraction (grr). So that is a small taste of the story.

So everyone is fed up J, the other store planners and I are going in together. The other store planners(T and R) formal complanits about F and E so what is next?

Really They Need To give Me More To Do!!

Well we have started this project and may I say that 3rd sifts kicks ass. We get a list of note ever night of thing we need to have done by moring. Well ever night are group is done by 5:30am. I know we got a group of 25 man power associate half come in at 9pm and the rest at 10pm. We mite have 2 hourly supervisor, 1manager, and 1 store planner. So we told the head of the project to leave us more to do last night and we were still done by 5:30am. So the hourly supervisor Josh and my self vote (we won lol) were the shit and we're gone to make this the best project ever.

Really there paying me for this!

So I have started work at this other store and there are some thing that we got to do that make you ask yourself (Are they really paying me for this?) The first day we did orention for half the day then we unloaded a couple fixture trucks and that was the day. Day two started busy then went wiered. When you do the remoldes you got to make safety posters to hang so on day two that is what I did. Really I sat outside the warehouse and draw/colored safety posters. Is that not crazy but I did what was asked of me. Today was much better we got to take thing down (I love doing demo haha). So sound like i we have great story to tell form this remolde like I have form all the others I have done.

Work the thing we have to do?

Working at a well know retale store has it's ups and down. Sometimes they think I don't have a life. If you don't know me my work tins to make me go help other stores form time to time. Well there at it again. This time it is for 12 weeks to a store in a small town that I don't care to go to. My store manager and co manager try to get me out of it. They fought on the phone for a hour and half with are market team but in the end they lost. So starting tommorrow at 8 am of I go and on sunday it turn in to 3rd shift. THAT IS NOT COOL.
